Legislative Leadership Elected

Here's who will be leading the General Assembly over the next two years:

House

Speaker - James Amann (D-Milford)
Majority Leader - Christopher Donovan (D-Meriden)
Minority Leader - Lawrence Cafero (R-Norwalk)

Senate

President Pro Tem - Don Williams (D-Brooklyn)
Majority Leader - Martin Looney (D-New Haven)
Minority Leader - Louis DeLuca (R-Woodbury)

Cafero's election is no surprise. He replaces the retiring Robert Ward. Otherwise, there are no changes in the leadership structure in Hartford.
