4th CD: Shays Over Farrell

Not a good night in Bridgeport for Farrell. Shays spoke first, eloquently about the need for bipartisanship. Farrell just spoke and said not all votes are counted. Republicans are reporting that all precincts are in but New Canaan and Darien. Farrell says absentee ballots are not counted.
