Lieberman Omitted Line in Speech

On Sunday, he was supposed to say, at the end of his closing argument speech:
"If after hearing the truth about where I stand on Iraq, you still want to cast your vote solely on that one issue, then I respect your decision."

This line was in the prepared text sent to the media. According to Hotline on Call, however, he didn't actually say it.

There were probably other drafts, too....

What's the point, GC????

If the statement went out to the press to be in the papers and wires, he effectively said it. Even if his lips didn't move.

If you own any CT defense stocks, dump 'em tomorrow.

An Inconvenient Truth

Tomorrow is Joe Lieberman weather. 82 High. Seniors will turn out.

Blistering heat and storms would favor Ned.

If it's close, it all matters.

Also- as goes Willington, so goes Prospect, as Wilbur Cross used to say.

Disgruntled,

I'll tell ya- in an election that could be decided by 500 votes- a slight breeze up Whalley Avenue in New Haven could decide the election.

"I spent 4 million dollars of my own wealth to buy this senate seat" Is what Ned Lamont forgot to ad when he was busting on Joe for taking donations from unions.
