STOP THE SWIFT BOAT ADS ATTACKING LAMONT ON TAXES!!

Lieberman called for Regime Change in IRAN during the Debate.

Anyone think Joe will be insisting his son Matt or daughter Hana join the US Military to help in that new adventure?

Lamont went to Paris to help the Viet Cong?

I was not aware of that

Schlesinger will be on WNPR's Where We Live on Friday morning, 9-10 am.

Chris Murphy has the best ad of his campaign, will have two debates next Monday, and recently met with the New Britain Herald editors.

And what was up with the audio in the Senate debate? It sounded awful.

Um, I think the wind changed on Iraq a while ago.

If this cartoon were true, Lieberman would have won the primary.

Heck, he wouldn't have HAD a primary.

Finally, a reliable state poll about one of the Congressional races!

.... Republican U.S. Rep. Rob Simmons and Democratic challenger Joe Courtney are locked in a statistical draw, according to a Hartford Courant/University of Connecticut poll released Thursday.

Less than three weeks before Election Day, the poll by UConn's Center for Survey Research and Analysis gives Simmons a 2 point lead over Courtney among likely voters, 46 percent to 44 percent. The poll's margin of error is 3.5 percentage points.

The numbers are especially ominous for Simmons, a three-term incumbent from Stonington who beat Courtney by 8 percentage points in 2002. This time, only 50 percent approve of the job he's doing and nearly 70 percent believe the country is on the wrong track.

Murphy can roll out all the ads he wants, Johnson is pulling away.

Unlike Shays and Simmons, Johnson's lead is big enough to be outside the margin of error and the 5th district is a little more conservative than the others.

Thank God for that. The last thing the 5th needs is some opportunistic liberal like Murphy in Congress...

the best governor CT has ever had said...

Thanks Jodi...I appreciate you keeping all of my Commissioners on the job. I mean, I know you had to dump the three Arts and I would have done the same. But girl, our legacy will be our legacy and I see you even have Sam running for State Senate and george helping you out too. Keep the high school gym class intact. And keep up the bonding for buildings program, I have some old clients that will benefit from it.

Residents of the 21st Senate tell
Dan Debicella your vote cannot be
bought. He has put $40,000 into his
own campaign. It is all about him.

But what about you?

Anonymous said...

Debicella didn't even need to toss in the extra $40,000 of his own money.

Chris Jones has not given anyone south of Shelton a reason to vote for him.

Ned needs to release his TAXES for the LAST 5 YEARS and stop hiding behind his wife's skirt.

The fact of the matter is Debicella is in trouble. For all the money he has raised or spent his message is not
resonating with voters. I think people are saying their vote cannot be bought and they will make their own damn
decison whom to vote for thank you.

Mr. Debicella you cannot buy this campaign.

I take it Anon 12:56PM and 1:55PM that your "integrity" will not allow you to vote for Ned Lamont either (considering how much of his own money he has poured into his campaign: approximately "$6,751,500 of his own money to unseat the 18-year incumbent" from cnn.com). I mean after all, you would not want to look like a hypocrite.
