May 01,2006 | HARTFORD, Conn. -- Connecticut's governor stripped a top fraud investigator of her duties Monday after learning the official, a former assistant district attorney, had testified to receiving many of the same gifts that toppled former Gov. John G. Rowland's administration.

This woman has been SHOCKED more times than Frankenstein.
No too much difference between cooperating witnesses and whistleblowers. One thing is certain: If you prosecute either, both dissappear. That was the point of the column. Earlier columns of mine called for the impeachment and trial of Rowland, much before anyone else. I couldn't offer an apology for Ragallia if I wanted to.
