The Courant is getting a new publisher.

Sen. Lieberman to start running "I Saved the Sub Base" ads.

A former Middletown mayor is expected to plead guilty to misusing clients' money today.

And we may not have NHL hockey, but we have a river, and now boats are coming to sail on it. Excitement city.

What else is happening today?

The sub base ad ran on Leno last night. (Channel 30).

Truthy,

The sub base was on the Brac list 10 yrs previously also.

Why did Lieberman not understand long before the most recent Brac List that it was time to fight?

I will give that to Simmons. He did work hard (can't blame him--his job security is tied directly to that base more than any of the other politicians involved), and he's been a lot quieter about it than I thought he'd be.

Why don't you take the stick out of your ass there and laugh a little bluecoat, or is this blog all you have in the world?

Dan Malloy is going to win the Gubernatorial Primary on August 8th. I truly believe he can get our State Government back on track when he is elected in November.

I believe eventually the Lovefest that Jodi Rell has been having since she took office with the media will come to a screeching halt once the primary is over and once we are into the actual Campaign Season It is a whole new ballgame.
